Our slide show is a fairly large (25 megabyte) streaming file which will only perform well with a high speed internet connection.

Viewing the slide show involves the automatic downloading of a small (1.7 megabytye) plug-in application from Photodex.com, enabling the various effects which we use within the show. This application will remain in your computer, which may come in handy if you view other Photodex created shows in the future. However you may also remove it after viewing by using "Add or Remove Programs" in Windows Control Panel.

We have heard that some computers are having difficulty accessing the slide show due to browser or virus softwear settings, but it seems to be an isolated problem. If this is true for you please email us at: info@onegreatmoment.com.
